When you write to us

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email, your phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use this information to answer your enquiry.

The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to us by email. Web3Forms processes the information on our behalf.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or your request for a quote before becoming a client (Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep the information for as long as needed to answer your enquiry. If you become a client, the terms we agree for our work apply.

Do not send CPR numbers or documents through the form. Call us, and we will agree a secure way.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no cookies for statistics or marketing, and we use no tracking tools. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address for security reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to our processing. Write to us or call if you want to use your rights.

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
